Hatha Yoga classes are hosted every Saturday from 10:00AM -
11:30AM. Classes begin with Jnana yoga, followed by a full body
warm-up, go into asanas (poses) with an emphasis on breath and kriya
flow, then end with a relaxation session and realignment of our 4 states.

The Svaroopa style of yoga helps to unravel long held tensions, with the

Moms place a yoga blanket, usually covered with a blanket from home
in case of spit-up or other spills. Bring a couple of small toys too. We
will also focus on postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to help
regain overall body healing and strength, abdominal/pelvic toning, and

Mostly Beginners and Intermediate levels. Use of many restorative type
poses with lots of props when needed. Plenty of stretching, core
strength building poses, also some passive relaxing style stretches with
emphasis on honoring yourself. Includes great soothing music, warm

Yoga for ages 12-18. This will be a summer program to teach teenagers
the basics poses of Yoga. The class will encourage youngsters to bring
awareness to body posture, flexibility, and balance. A short 45 minute
class, once a week during the summer. This program will run June 1st
through August 31st.

Hot Yoga offers classes in Vinyasa Yoga. Classes are held in a room
heated to approximately 97.8 degrees. Practicing yoga in a hot
environment opens both the chakras and the muscular/skeletal system, it
